How It Works: The Roccbox is a heavily insulated, stainless-steel-and-stone box with a rubberized exterior. It can be placed on any surface including wood or metal and has three sturdy folding legs. There are two attachments for burners depending on what fuel source you choose. The burner box, a rocket-stove-style combustion chamber, allows you to light the flame using hardwood kindling or charcoal. The gas burner heats the Roccbox using a standard propane tank.

This is my absolute favorite. It's simple to use, reliable, can be used with gas or charcoal, as well as hardwood kindling.

The main problem: The price. This oven is more expensive than the closest competitor. Shipping costs are not included, but it's currently free on Gozney's website. This oven is not cheap, but the versatility and ease of use make it worth the investment.
